Join Anthony Zemba Certified Ecologist and Sr. Environmental Analyst at LandTech for a morning wildflower walk at Trout Brook Valley Preserve. Anthony will be searching for “spring ephemerals” – a group of wildflowers that only bloom early in the growing season before the overhead canopy of trees and shrubs leaf out. In addition to wildflower identification, Anthony will talk about the ecological role that these curious plants play in forest ecology.
